Looking for low floor unit in Ridgewood (<7), preferably 4-bedrooms with decent condition kitchen, bathrooms, and wardrobes.
Budget up to SGD5k depending on condition (ie. if it's unrenovated for 15 years, don't expect us to pay $5k). If it is REALLY nice, we can discuss a little bit. Prefer UNFURNISHED, or lightly furnished.
Currently renting for 3 years at Ridgewood but have to move soon due to landlord circumstances.
